Where is the Center for the Arts located?



The Center for the Arts is located at 110 West College Street in downtown Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

How long will the physical exhibit show?

 

Indefinitely. The Cornerstone of the Community exhibit has been designed to be a long term exhibit for the Center of the Arts. As such, there is no closing date.

Is there an entrance fee for the exhibit? 

 

The exhibit is entirely free and open to the public during the Center for the Art's operating hours. The Center's hours are: Tuesday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am-5pm.

Who designed this exhibit?

 

The Cornerstone of the Community: A History of 11o West College Street exhibit was designed by Dr. Brenden Martin's Essentials of Museum Management, a section of the Public History graduate program at Middle Tennessee State University. The class is comprised of both Masters candidates and PhD candidates. Each student participated in storyboarding the exhibit as well as an individual contribution to the exhibit.
